MORE THAN AN OPTION
Everything seemed to be going well- great actually- but then the unexpected happened. She hit rock bottom, just once, one little time. Just this set off the chains of actions that tormented her future. Every failure, disappointment and mistakes were pinned on her. She shook hard but they wouldn't come off, still she kept shaking. She just wanted everything off of her, like it didn't happen at all.
They all contributed to what she had on her plate, all those hypocrites she thought she loved. They've broken all she is, like she's made of glass. They denied her of that love and joy. All they see her as is a worthless paper. They made her feel like there was nothing left for her. Just like it was the end for her. Even I would have the humanity not to take all she had.
They took her respect; sold it to the dogs. They took her virtue; threw it to the birds of the air. They took her dignity, dumped it in the trash. She had been raped of the opportunity to be loved by the inner circle.
Oh! But they didn't realise she was strong enough to build back up. To stand tall and achieve who she is now. They couldn't spell the word "money", she could; loud and clear. She stood strong and tall, close to the clouds, because she got herself there; all by herself. She couldn't have shined any brighter. There was a particular glow that was about her and it kept glowing. They just realised that she was more than an option.
