LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH WHILE PROTESTING

During protests, people are at risk of violence, being arrested and even tear gas, which all have adverse effects on their mental health, one way or the other. So while protesting, let’s not forget to prioritize our mental health.
